I have been a Realtor for the past 15 years and I am a part owner of a company that purchases, redesigns, & remodels homes. My experience will ensure that your home is marketed well and creatively to bring you ready and motivated buyers! I have lived in North Carolina for 17 years, and I have 3 children. I work here, and am actively involved in the schools and community. My husband also served in the military for about 8 years, so, I know the struggles of military families. I have a wealth of knowledge about the Real Estate industry, VA/FHA loans, the community & the military. This knowledge can be used to help you make a great decision when buying or selling here.
I was born in Gdansk, Poland. But, I lived in New York City for 24 years where I worked in customer service, Agent for a talent agency, & in property management. So I know how to resolve problems, look for creative solutions, and negotiate conflicts. I realize the importance of putting the client first and keeping the lines of communication open. I am solutions oriented. I will never present you with a problem without giving you solutions. I enjoy thinking of creative solutions to make the end result a win-win.
